برخی از آی اس پی ها متاسفانه قادر به بازیابی آی پی سایت ها از طریق دامنه ها نمی باشند که این مشکل موقتی می باشد. در عین حال به طور معمول از طریق اتصال از آی اس پی دیگر و یا وی پی ان می توانید سایت خود را مشاهده نمایید.

DoS Attack

*Update 1:41pm Pacific Time*

We continue to make progress in the resolution of the DoS attack on our name servers. The issue is not resolved at this time, but some services are slowly becoming available to customers.

We cannot provide an ETA on a final resolution due to the nature of this issue, but as we progress you should notice services working properly over time.


*Update 5:41am Pacific Time*

Our network providers have temporarily blocked the IPs for 2 name servers that were the target of the attack. Unfortunately this means that only previously cached DNS entries for sites are working at this moment.

This is a temporary measure to restore network access while we further diagnose and work on ways to block the actual attack.

At about 12am Pacific time a large scale DNS DoS attack began.

We are working with our network providers to mitigate this attack, but at this time do not have an ETA on 100% service restoration.
